Beefsteak with Anchovy & Tomato

    beefsteak: piece of your choice
    anchovy: 2 fillets per person (or use anchovy paste*)
    tomato: 2 per person
    pepper, butter or oil

De-salt the anchovies and remove their bones. Cook the halved tomatoes in a pan for 5 min. and keep them warm. Grill the steak, to each person’s taste, without salt. Serve the meat with the anchovies spread over the top, and the tomatoes on top or on the side.
