Fried Mussels
Easy: 10 min. Open the thoroughly cleaned mussels. Dry them. Detach the bodies from the shells and roll them one by one in flour. Then, straight into the pan with a little (not too much) hot oil. Season with lemon and pepper. It’s delicious. * Available on the Web. |
