| Chestnut Puree _________________________________________ 1 can (15 oz) chestnut puree unsweetened 1 tbsp icing sugar 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate or Grand Marnier 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups whipping cream Mix puree, sugar, juice, and vanilla until very creamy smooth. Then whip cream until stiff and fold into puree mixture. Put into pretty wine goblets or dishes and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Can be made 2 days ahead.
